The Small Sample Statistics library is for convenience when computing Observational Statistics for a very small sample ranging from three observations to ten observations.  

The calculates observational statistics include:

• count, min, max, sum, sum of squares (Σx²), square of the sum (Σx)²,
• mean, median, mode, range, mid point, rand, sort up, sort down, rand,
• population variance and standard deviation, the sample/experimental variance and standard deviation
