Number of Bulbs for Rectangle Area

The Number of Bulbs for Rectangle Area calculator computes the number of bulbs you need to plant a rectangular area in flowers based on the bulb per square foot density.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Choose units and enter the following:

• (L) Length of Area being Planted in Bulbs
• (W) Width of Area being Planted in Bulbs
• (BP) Bulbs per Square Foot Density (see table)

Number of Bulbs (nB):  The calculator returns the number of bulbs to be planted in the area.
