bit NOR

The bit NOR equation will perform an NOR operation on the bits of the two input integer values.

NOR will return 1 if both compare bits are 0.

Instructions:

• Enter the desired x value
• Enter the desired y value
• The bit NOR operation will be performed on the two inputs
• The result will be returned
