EiE - Days in Month Test

This Days in Month Test equation  determined if the day entered for the month exceeds the number of days in the month.  In other words, is the day of the month a valid integer.

Remember:

  Thirty days hath September,

  April, June and November

  All the rest have thirty-on

  Except February, which has twenty-eight

  And on leap years, twenty-nine
