The Delta-Star Conversion is used to calculate the resistance of the star circuit for `R_3`. The Following equation is used: `R_3=(R_aR_b)/(R_a+R_b+R_c)`, where:

`R_a` = delta connected resistance a
`R_b` = delta connected resistance b
`R_c` = delta connected resistance c
