The mean velocity equation, v_x = ω/Δt,  computes the mean velocity in the x axis based on the distance traveled (ω) in the x direction over a period time traveled (Δt). 

INSTRUCTIONS: Choose your preferred units and enter the following:

• (ω) This is the distance of travel. 
• (Δt) This is the time duration of travel.

The velocity (v_x) is returned in meters per second.   However this can be automatically converted to other velocity units via the pull-down menu.
