The Pump Overall Efficiency (HPout/HPin) equation calculates a pump's Overall Efficiency (Effov) in percent (%) given it's Output Power (HPout) and Input Power (HPin).

INSTRUCTIONS: Choose units and enter the following:

  • (HPout) Output power in horsepower (hp)
  • (HPin) Input power in horsepower (hp)

 This equation returns the Pump's Overall Efficiency (Effov) in percent.
