Six Trillion is a big number.  If you were going to spend a dollar per second ($60 per minute, $3,600 per hour, $43,200 per day), it would take you 190,132 years to spend that many dollars.  The U.S. federal government is spending that in one stimulus bill, and they will borrow nearly all of it.
