$W_{q}$ $W_q$ = W - 1 / $μ$ $mu$ = $λ$ $lambda$ / [ $μ$ $mu$ ( $μ - λ$ $mu - lambda$ )]

$μ$ $mu$ = mean service rate
$λ$ $lambda$ = mean arrival rate
$ρ$ $rho$ = server utilization factor
