The Sprinkler Nozzle Flow Rate calculator computes the flow rate for a sprinkler from the nozzle based on the nozzle diameter and pressure.
INSTRUCTIONS: Choose units and enter the following:
- (ND) Nozzle Diameter
- (P) Pressure at Sprinkler Head
Sprinkler Flow Rate (FR): The calculator returns the flow rate in gallons per minute. However, this can be automatically converted to compatible units via the pull-down menu. Nozzle diameter for Nelson nozzles indicates the diameter as a multiple of 128ths of an inch. Senninger nozzles have numbers that are 64th of an inch.
