General Information
The Daily Adjustable Progressive Resistive Exercise (DAPRE) Method is used to step up exercise resistance in standard increments based on a percentage of the target weight. The table below shows the rules for adjusting the weight to lift for your 4th set based on how many reps you completed during set 3.
