This equation computes the renal blood flow, RBF, from the renal plasma flow (as computed via the equation-in-equation for RPF2) and the volume percentage or red blood cells (the hematocrit)..
Inputs to this equation are:
- U_"PAH" - the urine concentration of para-aminohuippurate in the urine sample
- `V_U` = volumetric flow rate of urine
- `RA_"PAH"` - the arterial concentration of para-aminohuippurate (PAH)
- `RV_"PAH"` - the venal concentration of para-aminohuippurate (PAH)
- HCT - the hematrocrit, also known as the packed cell volume (PCV) and the erythrocyte volume fraction (EVF)
