Voltage Difference

The difference in voltage between two points in space is defined as `DeltaV=(DeltaPE_"elec")/q`, where:

• `DeltaPE_"elec"` is the change in the electrical energy of a particle 
• `q` is the charge as it moves from the initial point to the final point
