(h) This is the height of the triangular side.

The Surface Area of a Prism calculator computes the surface area of a prism (see graphic) based on the dimensions of the triangular side and the length.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Choose units and enter the following:

  • (b) This is the base of the triangular side.
  • (h) This is the height of the triangular side.
  • (l) This is the length of the prism
