This equation returns the difference between two fiscal year federal budget values for your choice of a federal agency (from the fiscal years 2010 through 2015, inclusive).  The resultant is a budget difference reported in millions of dollars.

Usage

If you select one of the agencies, and two fiscal years,  this equation will report the difference between the two budgets of the two fiscal years.  This equation provides the differences between any two of the the six years of data retained in the data set, Fiscal Year US Budget.  This gives you a view of the amount of budget change that has occurred within these six fiscal years.
