Average Sales per Guest (Check Average)

The Average Sales per Guest calculator computes the average sales per guest over any given period (e.g. day, week, month, quarter or year).

INSTRUCTIONS: Choose the preferred currency units and enter the following:

• (TS)  This is the total sales.
• (NG) This is the number of guests served.

Averages Sales per Guest: The calculator returns the average in U.S. dollars.  However this can be automatically converted to other currency units via the pull-down menu.
