Number of Bulbs for Oval Area

The Number of Bulbs for Oval Area calculator computes the number of bulbs you need to plant an oval shaped area in flowers based on the bulb per square foot density.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Choose units and enter the following:

• (oL) Oval Length of Area being Planted in Bulbs
• (oW) Oval Width of Area being Planted in Bulbs
• (BP) Bulbs per Square Foot Density (see table)

Number of Bulbs (nB):  The calculator returns the number of bulbs to be planted in the area.
