The Pixels Per Inch equation calculates the PPI (Pixels Per Inch) of a screen given the screen dimensions in pixels and the length of the screen diagonal in inches.

INSTRUCTIONS: Enter the following

  • (width) Horizontal Pixels (that make up the horizontal dimension of your display)
  • (height) Vertical of Pixels (that make up the vertical dimension of your display)
  • (Diagonal) Length of Display's Diagonal

Pixels Per Inch (PPI): The result is returned as the number of pixels per inch for your display
