The Wavelength size around a circle equation is used to calculate the size of a wavelengths that could wrap around the circumference of some circular shape given a circumference and the desired number of wavelengths, where:

  • C = circumference
  • = number of wavelengths

Wavelength(λ): The equations returns the wavelength in meters. However, this can be automatically converted to other wavelength measurements via the pull-down menu.
