Index of Refraction (`K_(AC)`)

The Index of Refraction (`K_(AC)`) is the refraction at an interface between `A` and `C` described by a constant equal to the product, `K_(AC)=K_(AB)K_(BC)`, where:

• `K_(AB)` = constant from media `A` and `B`
• `K_(BC)` = constant from media `B` and `C`

This constant is usually represented by `n` in equations.
