The average size of a good serving of pulled pork for a sandwich is about 5 ounces. You can change the default serving amount to suit your situation.  The formula for the number of people that can be fed with an amount of meat is:

   n = M / P

where:

  • n = number of people fed
  • M = amount of meet prepared
  • P = Portion size for one individual.
