The Tortilla Ingredients for a Group calculator compute the volume of ingredients needed to make tortillas for a group of people.

Tortilla Ingredients (TI): The calculator returns the required amounts of:

All-purpose flour
Salt
Baking Powder
Lard
Water

Baking Instructions

Combine the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Mix in the lard by hand until the flour has the consistency of cornmeal.
Mix in water until the water is absorbed.
Divide and roll into individual balls and flatten into round tortillas using a rolling pin. Use flower on the rolling pin.
Preheat large skillet (medium heat)
Place tortillas into dry skillet (cast iron is ideal).
Cook for one minute on each side or until golden brown
