The Volume of a Torus calculator computes the volume of a torus (circular tube) with a major radius of (R) and a minor radius of (r).
INSTRUCTIONS: Choose units and enter the following:
- (R) - Major radius of the torus measured from the center of the torus to the center of the cross-section
- (r) - Minor radius of the torus which is the radius of the cross-section.
Volume of a Torus (V): The calculator returns the volume (V) in cubic meters. However, this can be automatically converted to compatible units via the pull-down menu.
