Q Factor(`omega_0`, `alpha`) - Sallen-Key filter

The formula for the Sallen-Key Factor (ω₀ , α) is:

    Q = ω₀ / (2α)

where:

• Q is the Sallen-Key Factor (ω₀ , α) in units of frequency (e.g. hertz)
• ω₀ is the angular velocity
• α is the coefficient

This equation computes the Q factor of the unity gain low pass filter implementation of the Sallen-Key topology.  This electronic filter is a special case of a second-order unity gain filter version of the voltage-controlled voltage-source (VCVS) topology.

Q is a function of the angular frequency `omega_0`and the attenuation factor `alpha`
