O.C. Cluss Calculator Suite

The O.C. Cluss Calculator Suite has 880 calculator functions and data pages to help you calculate the amount of materials needed for various projects.

• Lumber and Framing: Calculators to compute the number and length of dimensional lumber (2x3, 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10, 2x12) boards needed for construction projects (joists, studs, girts, purlins, rafters, collar ties).  It includes functions for different styles of roofs (gable, gambrel, hip, shed).  It has specific functions for pole barns and run-ins.  These also include 4x8s for subfloors and wall panels.  4x4 and 6x6 posts too.
• EXTERIOR: 
  • Deck: Calculators to compute the mount of materials (joist, hangers, boards, stain) needed for a simple deck.
  • Roofing: Calculators to compute the amount of roofing materials (underlayment, standard and architectural shingles, ridge shingles, roofing nails, metal panels, screws) for various shaped roofs (gable, gambrel, hip, double hip, pyramid, shed). 
  • Siding: Calculators to compute the amount of siding material for vertical and horizontal siding on rectangular wall, under gables, and under gambrels.
