The String Tension equation calculates the pounds of tension on a piano string.
INPUTS
The inputs are as follows:
- P - pitch (Hertz)
- L - speaking length (inches)
- d - core wire diameter (mils aka `(1/1000)^s` of inches)
- A - wrap wire material, D - total wire diameter (mils)
