The Turkey Deep FRY Time calculator computes the amount of time needed to deep fry a completely thawed turkey at 350o F based on it's weight.

Conventional wisdom is that a Turkey takes between 3 and 4 minutes per pound to deep fry at a constant temperature of 350 o F.
DO NOT attempt to deep fry a turkey that is not completely thawed. Many people will move the turkey from their freezer to their refrigerator several days prior to cooking to let it slowly thaw. Deep frying is not recommended for turkeys over 22 pounds. In that case, you should section the turkey into pieces and deep fry them separately, using the weight of the piece to determine the fry time.
The formula uses the average and computes the amount of time to deep fry a turkey based on 3.5 minutes per pound. Therefor, the formula for the time to deep fry a turkey is:
