This Roll a 9-sided Virtual Dice equation allows you to roll a d-9 and get a random number between 1 and 9.

INSTRUCTIONS: Enter the following:

• (n) Number of Rolls of the Dice

9-sided Virtual Dice Rolls: The calculator returns a random number between 1 and 9 for the number of rolls chosen.

The Math / Science

This function is the digital equivalent of rolling a nine-sided dice.  Enter a number of rolls, and the calculator will randomly return between 1 and 9 for the number of rolls.  For example, if you enter 4 for number of rolls you may see something like this:
