Salary and Wages
A salary is a form of periodic (such as a week or month) payment from an employer to an employee, which may be specified in an employment contract. Whereas, a wage is monetary compensation (or remuneration) paid,at an hourly or daily rate, by an employer to an employee in exchange for specific tasks completed and which can be easily measured.
