Our most fundamental knowledge of the Universe, our Universe we live in, is best described by math and physics. As we'll see in other parts of this series of discussions, all other sciences also describe our Universe, since a universe comprises all that exists within it/
And we are a apart of the Universe. As the wonderful picture below1 depicts, we are but a fleck of a speck on the flea of the dog on the hill on the planet in the solar system that's just a glint in the galaxy that sits in the local galactic group within a supercluster of tens-of-millions of superclusters within just that part of the Universe we call the observable universe.
And since math is the language of our Universe, what better place to capture discussion of our Universe than in vCalc. I will pepper the discussions that follow with vCalc equations and calculators. vCalc contains an encyclopedic library of mathematics and science. vCalc IS the library of mathematics and sciences and art and hobbies and industry and logic and all you can describe with an equation and all that can form a calculator.
The banner atop this page leads to the Index Page for The Universe Discussions, and the Index Page will give you a hierarchical table of contents that you can peruse at a quick glance/ The banner atop this page also leads to the Next Discussion, which is Discussion 1.0 What is the Universe?
NOTE: many vCalc equations are embedded throughout vCalc descriptive pages like this page. Even though they may not stand out in the text, if you hover over the name of an equation it will likely be linked to an actual, pop-up executable equation. For example:
