The Math / Science

First, a circular fenced in area (paddock) isn't really a circle. It's a roughly circular polygon with a number of equal sides for each section.  A common application of circular paddock is for a ring enclosure for horses.  These are also known as horse round yards or round pens.  A circulars shape lets the rider exercise the horse in a circle and achieve more than a walk.

To estimate the Material Cost for a Post and Rail Fence, estimate the number of fence posts to match the length of fence. Then estimate the number of fence rails to match the length of fence and the number of the rails.  It then use the total number of posts and rails and the unit prices to compute the total cost of a post and rail fence.
