The specific weight of water (or sometimes called the "unit weight"), `gamma_W`, at standard temperature and pressure (STP) is approximately 9789 kg/(m²·s²)  or 9789 kg/(`m^2 * s^2`) and is computed as the density of water at STP * the gravitational constant, g.

Notes

STP is 20 degrees Celsius and 1 atmosphere of pressure.
