The Moment of Inertia for a thick-walled Cylindrical tube with open ends , of inner radius r 1 and outer radius r 2 . The following formula is used: I z = m r 2 2 ( 1 - t + t 2 2 ) , where:
m = mass
r 1 = inner radius
r 2 = outer radius
t = r 2 - r 1 r 2
