The Moment of Inertia for a thick-walled Cylindrical tube with open ends, of inner radius r1 and outer radius r2. The following formula is used: Iz=mr22(1-t+t22), where:

  • m = mass
  • r1 = inner radius
  • r2 = outer radius
  • t=r2-r1r2
