The Moment of Inertia for a thick-walled Cylindrical tube with open ends, of inner radius `r_1` and outer radius `r_2`. The following formula is used: `I_z=mr_2^2(1-t+t^2/2)`, where:

`m` = mass
`r_1` = inner radius
`r_2` = outer radius
