Diagonal of a Square

The Diagonal of a Squared calculator Rectanglecomputes the length of the diagonal of a rectangle.

Diagonal Length (c): The calculator returns the length of the diagonal (c) in feet.  However, this can be automatically converted to other length units (e.g. centimeters) via the pull-down menu.

The Math / Science

A rectangle is a four sided polygon (quadrilateral) with four squared corners (90^o).  The diagonal is computed using the Pythagorean formula.
