The Length Produced, Consumed or Covered over Time calculator computes the linear distance or length produced or consumed over a period of time based on the unit of length (`lU`), time to produce or consume the unit (`dU`) and the period (`p`) of production or consumption.
INSTRUCTIONS: Choose your preferred length and time units and enter the following:
- (lU) Length Unit (e.g. 4.5 meters)
- (dU) Amount of Time to produce or consume the Length Unit (e.g. 2.3 hours to product 4.5 meters)
- (P) Total Period of Production (e.g. 72 hours)

Consumption examples:
- the fabric factory that uses 7800 meters(`lU`) of silk thread every month (`dU`). This calculator can tell you how much silk thread is used on every 18 hour (`p`) duty cycle. The answer is 19.2 meters.
